My professional career started in the year 1998, performing practices in the City of Barcelona, and in some offices, small. In the year 2002, I joined to be part of the firm Durán-Sindreu, where I led the birth, growth and consolidation of the department of Commercial Law, Litigation, Bankruptcy and New Technologies, leading up to the year 2013, and in conjunction with the exercise of the bankruptcy administration, the year in which I decided to become an independent of the large-scale structures.
I love my profession, in all its facets, from designing the most complex strategy to defend the most excessive injustices in the toga set. I always put all my efforts in it. I confess a big fan of Harry Potter, and Apple, and to combat the stress that our profession entails, I do sport and try to reconcile and spend as much time as possible with my family and especially my son, Òscar.

After my training in the areas of Civil and Commercial law in various law firms, I have developed the past few years of my professional career in BDO as a manager of accounts, collaborating with the team of Mergers and Acquisitions, and in Durán-Sindreu as a director of the Mercantile Area. At the beginning of my career, I worked with various law firms, joining finally Auris Advocats in 2015. I have been Secretary-General of the Department of Enterprise and employment of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Vice-president of the Consortium of the Zona Franca of Barcelona and member of the Boards of Directors of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the Promotion Company and Industrial Location of Catalonia (Avançsa) and the Center for Telecommunications and Information Technology (CTTI), among others.

My specialization in the area of labour law began after finishing my studies of Law at the University of Oviedo in 1999. This election was marked by an extensive track record in the office of the family, located in the green lands of asturias, who has 48 years of experience providing services and legal advice to small and medium-sized enterprises (Smes). This environment allowed me to acquire training, experience, and values of professionalism and closeness to the customer, as required in the daily advice that all SMES requires.
Jump to Barcelona came in October of 2010, when I joined BDO Spain, an international firm of professional services. The years in this firm expanded my knowledge on the specific needs and dynamics characteristic of the large international company. Without a doubt, what I'm most passionate about in my work is the optimization of the human resources in the enterprise, combining the most important values to achieve an efficient management of working time, set to a remuneration system in accordance with the economic capacity of each organization.
